Overview
Paletto is designed with privacy at its core. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All processing happens entirely on your device.
Data Collection
Paletto does not collect any data. Specifically:
- No personal information is collected
- No usage analytics or tracking
- No crash reporting sent to external servers
- No advertising or ad identifiers
- No third-party SDKs that collect data
Camera & Photo Library
Paletto may request access to your camera and photo library. These permissions are used solely to extract colors from images you choose. Photos are processed on-device and are never uploaded or shared.
Local Storage
Paletto uses the following on-device storage:
- UserDefaults — stores your app preferences and settings locally on your device.
- App Group container — shares palette data between the app and its home screen widget. This data never leaves your device.
Third-Party Services
Paletto does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect or process user data.
Children's Privacy
Paletto does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
